岗位职责：

1. 按确认要求订舱并通知客户相关船期；
2. 负责拼箱货物的询价和报价；
3. 与本地或海外内部或外部客户联络，安排出口货物出运；
4. 处理客户提出的与订舱相关的修改需求，并做好相关跟踪、确认工作；
5. 负责货单的接收和检查，同时更新货单状态；
6. 协调日常货物跟踪装箱／报关／上船状态，必要时汇报上级；
7. 更新最新的货运信息给国外代理；
8. 在系统里进行货物信息的维护；
9. 正确录入所有应收应付费用，对成本和收入进行检查, 每月关账。

                    

  

岗位要求：

1. 大专以上学历；

2. 物流、货代或其他相关专业；

3. 1年左右相关行业工作经验；

4. 有较好的协调沟通能力；

5. 有一定的英文书写能力。
