General Responsibilities 主要工作职责

• Assist Ocean Product Director at HQT level to handle the ocean freight procurement and management issues.

协助海运产品总监在总部层面处理海运运费及管理相关事宜。
Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责

• Procurement: Develop relationship with carriers and manage procurement and pricing for Mainland China origin ports. Take the lead in the rates negotiations with the shipping lines local in East/North China, work closely with the Global carrier group and the local sea freight management. Special focus on area where Global Procurement not yet are fully covering the local needs, Intra Asia / Middle East/South America and local support to the US/EU market for local named account/C & F deals.

海运费采购： 与海运船公司合作发展良好的关系，管理大陆地区所有起运港的运费采购和定价事宜。主导与海运船公司谈判华东/华北地区起运港的海运费， 并与总部运费管理部和本地海运管理层保持紧密协作。特别关注总部运费采购部尚未涵盖的地区需求，如近洋/中东/南美航向以及支持中国区控制的特殊客户/预付客人在欧洲/美国航线的运费协议。

• Business development: Focus on local/global account with base in East/North China, work closely with commercial team to develop business with companies where relationship exists together with the sales teams in East/North China. Focus will be in FCL inbound/outbound, but also support project manager. Be an active part of the products development also, with regards to service/carrier choices etc.

业务发展： 致力于本部在华东/华北的本地/全球大客户的发展，与商务部紧密合作发展已取得稳固关系的客户业务。专注于整箱进口/出口业务，及支持项目货物发展。就航线服务/船公司选择等方面发展相关产品起到积极正面的作用。

• Marketing information tower / compliance coordination: to update the network in both China and overseas on the latest development of China market, by provide relevant information regularly and in presentable format.

市场信息中心/海运法规协调： 向国内外内部网络更新最新的中国市场发展情况，以适当形式提供相关信息。

• Ocean product management: liaison between global team and China ocean team in the region, to ensure the allocation on each carrier is utilized properly. Update the report accordingly to the network to provide the visibility of such, escalate the issues to the correct channel to find solution.

海运产品管理： 在总部层面协同总部海运部门和中国区海运团队的合作，确保各个海运船公司的舱位得以合理利用。相应地更新报告给相关部门，将问题上报给正确的部门以找到相应的解决方法。

• Product preparation and launch: assist the higher level of product management on preparation of detailed ocean products to distribute and educate relative teams and launch of the new product by follow up with branches involved, collect the feedback, and provide relevant comment and suggestion.

海运新产品准备和发布： 协助上级产品管理部门制定详尽的产品信息与发布，并指导相关团队跟进新产品的执行，融合分公司团队，收集反馈信息，提供相关意见与建议。

• Allocation: Coordinate with local branch office to manage allocation capacity on core carriers.

舱位分配：协调各分公司合理分配利用主要船公司的舱位。

• Local office support: Utilize appropriate resources to maximize the local offices’ ocean volume and profit through above mentioned different functions.

支持中国区分公司：合理利用适当的资源***限度地提高当地分公司的海运货量和利润.

• Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
