Title: Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner China/or APAC

Purpose of the job

The Challenge

The Talent Acquisition Partner represents expertise in great China/or and APAC, report to Asia talent acquisition head to focus on the senior level hiring, work closely with regional/or global stakeholders, HRBP’s, CoE, SSC to ensure service delivery to the business in the region to gain a deep understanding of current and future recruitment needs in the region, better to improve internal customer and external candidate experience. ensure and support to roll out talent acquisition ad hoc programs and initiatives tailored to local requirements.

We expect you proactive, can-do mentality, enthusiasm and motivation will enable you to effectively manage this work package.

The Positon

Part1: Develop, Execute TA operations, programs and process (70%)

• Provide full cycle recruiting services including job posting development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Understand and remain aware of industry and market trends, and how they affect sourcing, attraction, and retention of talent.
• Support TA head to determine the recruitment and candidate sourcing strategy, establish priorities, strategies and metrics to ensure alignment with delivering business/functional and TA goals.
• Utilize recruitment technology systems, process enhancements, and analytic capabilities to achieve efficiencies in recruiting activities.
• Consults with businesses/functions regarding their recruitment related projects or initiatives; actively participates as part of project teams.

Part 2: Candidates& stakeholder relationship management (20%)

• Provides specialized training and direction related to a Talent Recruitment process or system for HR professionals in the business.
• With minimal oversight develops and maintains internal/external relationships related to the recruitment process which may include: hiring managers, human resource professionals, industry contacts, candidates, etc.
• Utilizes deep recruitment subject matter expertise and partners with business and HR leadership (e.g. BU Managers, Business HR Managers, etc.) regarding recruiting/sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, metrics and analytics, position responsibilities, forecasting, etc.
• Draws upon full industry knowledge to provide input on finding functional talent (best sourcing/recruiting channels and methods), which includes utilizing labor market consultation, competitive intelligence.

Part 3 TA governance& compliance (10%)

• Drawing upon full employment knowledge and experience, ensures Talent Recruiting compliance requirements are met:
• Includes policy and legal requirements for a specific region/country/state
• Includes administration of internal systems and/or creation of processes to ensure compliance with country/local labor laws
• Reviews and provides guidance on accountability measures and processes to ensure compliance of policies, processes, and procedures.

Education & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field
• An experienced recruitment professional with a minimum of 8-10 years above related working experience
• Proven success in recruiting mid to senior level management within a relevant sector
• Experience working with a global or multinational company in a relevant sector or industry
• Fluent in English is a must
