This position is responsible for interface for China intercompany and AR collection. Complete monthly Inter-Co and AR related schedules in Hyperion. Make sure intercompany reconciliations going smoothly and complying with Global intercompany policy, and invoices being processed timely. Ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness for monthly HFM reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Group Intercompany

• Intercompany Receivables and Payables checking, confirmation and adjustments with all counterparties.
• Intercompany communications (Inc. dispute & missing invoices, invoices & IEWO change, outstanding payables & receivables.).
• Intra-China current a/c summary preparation and ensure no unmatched items and tie with U8 for all entities.
• Invoices (original + mail) log and distribute.
• Assist auditor for internal WIP AR, AP, OR and OP confirmation and assist preparation auditing confirmation letter
• Any other duties for intercompany as required from WP counterparties or managers.

2. AR Booking and Collection

• make in AR related journals.(3rd party and intercompany)

• AR collection update and monitor progress on invoice payment up to the due date.

• Counterparties liaison (Inc.AR statement, mismatch.)

3. AR Reporting and HFM

• Prepare monthly AR aging summary for Worley China
• Inter-Co Schedules for all China entities in HFM.
• Debtor Aging Schedules for all China entities in HFM.
• Doubtful Debts for all China entities in HFM.

Competencies/Other Requirements

Job Specific Knowledge needed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.

• Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive financial and accounting experience.

• Good communication skill, proactive cooperation, good team player with effective inter-personal skills.

• Strong capability to resolve problem or seek good solution.

• Strong accounting and analytical skills.

• Good English written and verbal communication skills.

• Time control and working efficiency, can meet group timetable and deadline.

• Experience in engineering or project companies is preferred.

IT/System and management skills:

• Medium/Advance Excel skills .

• Familiarity with U8 system.

• Hyperion is required and specifically Oracle is a plus.
