Marketing strategy:
?    Development and implementation of portfolio strategy through specific territory plans and channels within Greater China.
?    Develop and implement strategies and initiatives per market conditions, partner progress, customer needs and QIAGEN objectives.

Products management:
?    Increasing sales and market share of QIAGEN dPCR products (digital PCR and assay detection) by developing tactical plans to maximize revenues, monitoring and managing sales and expense budgets in the assigned regions.
?    Analyze local market conditions and growth opportunities, maintain and monitor the market dynamics (market projections and competitive intelligence)
?    Work closely with local sales teams and partners to capitalize on business opportunities, execute sales & marketing strategies and activities.

Market and Product intelligences:
?    Clear understanding of the technical knowledge with applications for digital PCR for different market segmentations.
?    Proactively leverage sample to insight workflow solution into emerging market.
?    Ensure effective communication across internal business teams for prioritized opportunities and needs.
职位要求：
Position Requirements
?    Ph.D or Master in Life Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology or related studies. qPCR/dPCR application background is must.
?    At least 3-5 years of experience in applications of qPCR/dPCR and/or in marketing environment.
?    Strong technical and communication capabilities.
?    Good technical article writing skills, strong presentation and digital marketing channel management skills.
?    Excellent English communication skills both on written and oral.
?    Ability to deal with high pressure, visibility and workload.
?    Willingness for travel for ~ 40% of the time.
