Your tasks and responsibilities:

1.  Work closely with hiring managers to clarify recruiting requisitions

2.   Screen the CVs and search candidates through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc. for assigned postings and provide shortlist for hiring managers.     

3.  Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts to establish/maintain talent pool.

4.  Providing Hiring Manager about the recruiting status; provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status.   

5.  Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline, demonstrate ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios. 

6.  Use recruiting tools/systems to manage the complete recruiting process.

7.  Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company. 

8.  Actively support HR recruiting programs / projects.

9.  Build up business knowledge, marketplace, legal and recruitment trends.

Your qualifications and experience:

1. 2 to 5 years working experience as in-house recruiter or consultant/researcher with search firms;

2. Has data sensitivity and willing to understand the logic behind data;

3. Passionate for recruitment, responsible, detail oriented and concrete;

4. Good command of English, CET6 is mandatory.
