岗位职责：

1、培训中心的各项工作逐步学习与开展；

2、协助网络学习平台的运营维护；

3、协助完成各个培训课程/训练营的组织与实施；

4、完成培训相关报表的统计与整理；

任职要求：

1、硕士学历应届生，人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业优先；

2、熟练使用office办公软件；

3、具有较好的沟通协调能力、清晰的逻辑思维；办事效率高，性格大方、诚实踏实。
