岗位职责：

1、根据公司整体商品定位，确定所负责品类的定位及商品策略，并定期回顾和优化

2、根据公司下达的业绩目标，制定所负责品类的商品财务计划

3、独立制定商品企划方案和开发计划，并通过与实现同事、供应商的紧密合作按计划完成产品开发

4、关注市场流行趋势变化，及时开发新产品进行试销 5、推动MD小组成员（业务、QC、数据员）有效合作，共同实现工作目标

任职要求：

1、本科及以上学历应届生，服装设计与艺术相关专业优先；

2、具备美感度，喜爱服装搭配、熟悉流行趋势等；

3、善于团队合作，目标导向，敢于承担责任，抗压力强；
