Job Responsibilities:

 

Event planning 40%

 

1. Responsible for the planning, design and implementation of all kinds of activities of Company, including festival decoration and community cultural activities for project, as well as company customer return banquet, industry forums and other activities;

2. Understand the brand concept of Company, effectively serve internal business departments, combine hotspot festivals and building characteristics to organize and assist the project in carrying out creative and landing activities;

3. Responsible for each event in the closed loop, from the event creative design and implementation to the early and late promotion, as well as the event's full case operation of the event review and analysis;

4. Cooperate and communicate with external suppliers or other internal departments efficiently, guide resources, co-ordination, and ensure the completion and satisfaction of all dimensions such as screen design, activity links, communication and promotion, and personnel participation.

 

Content development and management 40%

 

1. Develop and produce the promotion content required by the company, including the development and production of marketing materials, and communicate and cooperate effectively with suppliers;

2. Edit and write highly readable content according to the company's product characteristics, brand tone, and audience needs;

3. Plan and write communication content of the company's self-media platform's, responsible for the daily operation and promotion;

4. Familiar with the gameplay of new media on various platforms, write packaging cases for different marketing projects, and package them into multi-style promotional content such as copywriting, videos, and infographics.

 

PR media 15%

1.    Assist in maintaining and expanding various media relations such as finance, real estate, etc.;

2.    Responsible for writing and disseminating press release copy, communicating with cooperative media, and creating dissemination content;

3.    Assist the company to monitor and respond to public opinion and assist in handling emergencies.

 

Other 5%

Assist regional brand leaders in other brand matters;

Cooperate with other regional brand colleagues on brand promotion matters.

 

Job requirements:

 

1. 3-5 years relevant experience, at least a bachelor's degree, marketing, advertising, media or Chinese Linguistic is preferred; having operating skills in using AI, PS is preferred;

2. Have relevant working experience in commercial real estate, advertising company or event planning;

3. Have good execution, time management ability and good sense of responsibility;

4. Pleasant personality, have certain innovation ability, maintain curiosity, like novel and fun affairs;

5. Have certain organizational and management skills, complete the project independently, and pay attention to details.
