REPONSIBILITIES

· Provide administrative support to people managers in relation to recruitment, employee change and terminations, acting as a link between the business, TGF ANZ HR and payroll

· Create and distribute monthly management and internal HR reports, including ATR, MMR, turnover, FTE & Headcount reporting, and staff listings

· Manage the administration and smooth running of various TGF ANZ HR lead programs, including

· Maintain the integrity of People Performance and Growth job sizing data in the Aequus Database and Australian payroll system, which includes update of job classifications in the applicable systems

· Co-ordinate and facilitate annual salary review and bonus payments, which includes issue of confirmation letters to all employees and liaison with TGF ANZ HR and payroll

· Oversee the tracking and return of the annual Performance Agreement and Review (PAR) process, which includes

· Provide administrative support to the TGF ANZ Learning and OD function

· Other reasonable duties as otherwise directed by manager, TGF ANZ HR, TGF ANZ Applications Trainer and Manager, Shared Service Centre

Requirement

· Strong problem solving skills combined with a solution-orientated approach

· The ability to develop new initiatives, programs and processes

· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office suite, especially Word and Excel

· Experience with HR policies and procedures preferred

· Interpersonal/Communication skills, especially listening

· Reliable self starter with a strong service ethic

· Team worker, with a natural tendency towards collaboration (TGF value)
