岗位职责:

Role Statement:

We are looking for a qualified professional in Employment Ethics & Compliance Asia Pacific Region. As Senior manager, Employment Ethics & Compliance, Asia Pacific Region, you are expected to champion and nurture an ethical business environment and culture by leading and implementing business ethics and related programs across Asia Pacific.

Key Duties

? Act as APAC’s regional resources and lead person for Ethics & employee compliance implementation
? Assume enterprise-wide ownership of business ethics and employee compliance programs
? Collaborate with different departments (eg human resources, finance, legal, internal audit, DSG) and business leaders on all ethics-based issues or non-compliance matters
? Take ownership of logging, tracking and work with business leaders and key stakeholders to ensure complete resolution of all ethics related matters
? Direct and guide team members in investigation
? Prepare investigative reports or position statements on ethics allegations and make recommendations to management leaders
? Guide and assist the leadership team in identifying and assessing high risk areas and prevention plans
? Deliver and track the implementation of required ethics & employee compliance training or other programs
? Certify internal ethics trainers and organize regular certification training to refresh the list of trainers
? Champion and roll out specific ethics programs as required by senior management

任职资格:

Education Background & Work Experience

? Bachelor degree or above in Law, Human Resources or Business Administration. Other disciplines will also be considered.
? Background in Accounting and Finance is an asset.
? Experience working for commercial organizations in Ethics & Compliance area.
? Specific training and experience in forensic investigation is an asset.
? Experience working for law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies is a plus.
