· Using the approved final package, validates that product is aligned to our quality and brand standards;

· Collaborates with appointed factories and related QC teams to ensure that Groupe Dynamite standards are well explained, defined and understood;

· Conducts quality control inspections at appointed factories to ensure final production is aligned to production calendar;

· Works closely with merchandising and patternmakers to ensure standards and fit are respected and identify possible on-the-spot solutions for manageable discrepancies;

· Manages potential quality issues quickly and provide alternate solutions to ensure production calendar timelines are respected;

· Provide full quality control reporting to merchandising and import teams following on site inspections;

· 根据已确认的尾期验货资料，检验货品是否符合我公司质量要求以及品牌标准

· 与指定工厂及相关质控人员协作，确保Groupe Dynamite的质量标准解释清楚明确，相关人员能够理解贯彻

· 对指定工厂进行质量检验，确保生产按时交货

· 与跟单业务部门和制版部门合作，确保工艺标准和款型，预见生产现场可能出现问题并提供解决方案

· 对生产中可能出现的质量问题作出快速反应，提供多种解决方案确保货期

· 现场验货后，为跟单业务部门和进口部门提供全面完整的质量控制报告

· College level degree an asset with specialization in fashion or fabric development

· With English certificate CET4 or above

· 大专以上学历，服装或面料开发相关专业优先

· 英语四级以上

· 2-3 years in a similar or related role in a factory environment

· 2-3年相关经验或相似工厂经验者

· Excellent knowledge of the production cycle and garment construction;

· Excellent knowledge of quality control processes and standards AQL system

· Knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel

· Oral English communications capability a plus.

· Job requires frequent travel within China.

· 熟悉生产周期和服装工艺的相关知识

· 熟悉质量控制流程标准， 熟悉AQL

· 熟练掌握MS office, 包括Word, Excel

· 英语口语能力强者优先

· 工作要求经常在国内出差
