Main responsibilities:

· To source and select mill partners for the key fabric groups identified by the company, to ensure the quality/value outcome meets the minimum standards with the QA Department for the various fabric qualities used for the diverse final products involved, or pre-discussing any unavoidable deviations.

· To build a portfolio of nominated mills which meet all the requirements of the company, and segment these mills into Core Partners, Important Partners and Fringe/Niche Partners, and establishing full transparency of the same segmentation to the commercial teams within the Office.

· To ensure understanding of our quality standards of products, and to conduct an annual assessment of the performance of each of the company's nominated mills according to agreed criteria, various tasks, which can include on time fabric delivery monitoring, consistency in physical/chemical quality standards of delivered fabrics, and price movements of key fabric qualities.

· Sound knowledge in woven and knits fabric, as well as in fabric compositions.

· Able to monitor overall fabric price movements, and advise the timely purchase of key fabrics in order to establish the best possible price and garment price.

· 3-5 years of fabric experience and while 5 years in managerial level.

· Good communications skills

· English speaking fluent.

· Well organized
