岗位职责:

1.Monitor AR activities such as billing, delayed payments, follow-up inquiries and negotiations with past due accounts. 

2.Development, periodic review and implementation of adequate processes to improve AR turnover days

3.Responsible for overdue account management, timely master the customers' arrears and payment

4.Supervise the monthly, quarterly and year-end AR closing process and coordinate with respective parties as required (e.g. other teams, customer contact)

5.Review and improve process and workflow as to credit control to be more efficient credit control managements

6.Coach team members to follow the standardized processes of accounting and reporting. Ensure team members’ motivation and take care of their development plan

 

任职资格:

1. Bachelor or above, preferably majored in finance accounting related

2. Fluent Oral and written English

3. Above 7 years in accounting AR or GL, 3 years in leadership role

4. Experience in AR with above 100 overseas clients

5. Good at communication and fast acting, be accountable and positive

6. Experience in finance shared service center is preferred
