Responsibilities:

1. Deploy regional and China sourcing strategies and framework agreements, ensuring contract compliance
2. Execute purchasing strategies for all the indirect procurement activities.
3. Implement and promote new policies, procedures and processes
4. Follow-up with sites regarding compliance to purchasing policies
5. Be involved in different cost-saving projects
6. Ensure security of supply, quality compliance and commercial compliance
7. Support supplier rationalization ensuring the right commercial priorities are applied
8. Make local market analyses, identify local suppliers, alternative products or services and communicate market intelligence

Requirements:

• Degree in Business or equivalent
• Basic financial accounting knowledge
• Successful 5+ year track record in indirect procurement especially on Logistics, Admin or MRO related
• Advanced level of PC knowledge, especially Excel and Power Point
• Experience on SAP is plus
• Language: Fluent English and Mandarin
• Creative, flexible and analytical thinking
• Capable to work at the same time on different projects
• Good understanding of purchasing processes and systems
• Good conflict resolution skills and effective cross-functional team worker
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to influence peers
