Responsibilities
Accurately and timely provide monthly routine and management reports
Monitor and report cost control plan progress and provide valuable insights on opportunities of improvements;
Responsible for Shanghai plant local statutory and tax reporting on costing
Provide valuable analysis and insights on compound COG, variations and freights
Proactively provide customized reports/analysis for management decision making purpose
To assist Ops/Plant Controller in annual operation budgeting process
To assist Ops/Plant Controller and costing supervisor with re-engineering processes and procedures
To work with costing supervisor on auditing & enforcing group policy & SOP in local plant
To review reconciliation results with various functions and report reconciliation items and action plans


Requirements
Min 4 years relevant cost accounting experience gained in manufacturing industries
CICPA/CMA holder or candidate in progress
Familiar with standard costing system and SAP system preferred
Hardworking and honesty with high level of maturity and integrity
Initiative and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in written & spoken English
Strong communication and inter-personal skills
A strong team player
Familiar with US GAAP and Sarbanes - Oxley compliance is definite advantage
