Job Description:
1.Responsible for the delivery of organizational effectiveness expertise, partnering with assigned client areas to support market/regional/functional high performance and effectiveness.
2.Responsible for the execution and delivery of organizational effectiveness work. Act as an internal consultant for targeted work and serve as an expert in researching, updating & implementing key talent organizational effectiveness practices in the areas of Talent Review & Performance Management
3.Responsible for providing talent acquisition services ， delivering high quality professional talent. 
4.Perform full lifecycle recruiting and develop trusting relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers, candidates, external vendors and partners, and the general community.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or related business studies.
2.Membership/accreditation of relevant professional body 
3.3-8 years’ experience in human resources 
4.Experience in assessing, identifying, designing and implementing talent management and organization development programs and processes.
5.Skilled in partnering with business leaders, human resource colleagues through strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
6.Experience working across multiple markets and business functions
7.Experience working with client areas to support design, development and implementation of a variety of organization development efforts
8.Strong planning and project management skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity and ability to multi-task and prioritize work within a fluid environment
