To lead the Project Team for the execution of all project activities to good quality and safety standard within budget and on schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Prepare and distribute to the project staff project specific job description.

• Prepare and make sure every project employee is aware of his/her assignment and associated roles and responsibilities

• Initiate contract review by collation and dissemination of contract documents to the project task force team, respond to queries and comments and ensure that all specified requirements and company obligations are fully understood and satisfactorily completed

• Ensure effective management and implementation of the contract signed with the client and complete understanding of the work scope and the relevant control estimates

• Organize and conduct management and execution of the project to fulfil all the requirements of the contract and to achieve the project objectives

• Plan, organize and direct the activities of all the disciplines involved in execution of the project

• Establish and meet project schedule and milestones set for the project

• Define and ensure all the project objectives met in term of profit, quality, safety and schedule

• Organize team building and maintain professionalism and competence of the project task force team

• Ensure professional performance by the project task force team of all the activities including safety, quality, cost control, scheduling, productivity and workmanship

• Ensure the capability and availability of resources required for project execution

• Provide leadership and guidance on complex/technical problems

Coordinate training and development of the project personnel, including performance appraisal

• Develop and implement the project specific plans such as quality, HSE, manpower plans, etc.

• Develop project procedures, support documentation, technical guides, manuals, etc.

• Organize and chair project coordination/review meetings

• Recommend staff recruitment to the project

• Approve project deliverables as required by project quality plans and/or project specific procedures

• Participate in preparation of estimates for proposals and changes to the project

• Develop, maintain and control project operational budget

• Ensure effective cost control and maximize the profitability

• Prepare and submit project status reports as required

• Consult regularly with VP Operations to ensure maximum utilization of project personnel and best performance of their assignments

• Monitor and assess the performance of subcontractors

• Report regularly to VP Operations on project status including feedback from the clients

• Establish and maintain good relationship and communication with the client

• Cultivate and maintain post project relationship with the clients to support business developmen

Organize feedback on subcontractor’s performance at the end of the project
