岗位职责：

- 负责大客户的业务行销，做好KA客户的开发与维护、销售任务的达成、竞争方市场份额的开拓等；

- 完成目标客户定期拜访，维持与现有KA客户的良好业务关系，充分了解客户需求、制定/演示招聘解决方案、推动谈判/业务达成，保证方案的有效实施；

- 做好沟通和服务，提升客户满意度，推动成交，提高单个客户销售额，帮助客户实现目标。

任职要求：

- 本科学历；

- 1年以上销售工作经验，有项目或方案销售从业经验者优先；特别优秀者，应届生也可；

- 愿意从事富有挑战的销售工作；

- 思路清晰，目标明确，积极主动，能在高强度下完成销售任务；

- 有出众的表达能力与沟通技巧，擅于发掘客户的潜在需求，善于把握，有优秀的谈判和快速反应决策能力；

- 能独立思考，对现象判断有深度。
