  Description:  

• Responsible for the Supplier Development and Quality of GST suppliers in China
• Principal Accountabilities:

  

1. Risk Assessment Activities:

  

1. Conduct Risk Assessments At  GST Potential  And Current Suppliers

2. Review And Follow Up RA Action Plans

3. Review And Report Supplier Readiness

      

1. Supplier APQP Review Activities:

  

1. Review Supplier Status And Support Sourcing Decisions

2. Project Readiness Check For Pre-award Meetings

3. Technical Reviews And Project Reviews At Suppliers

4. Monitor Supplier Progress Per Defined Timing Plans

5. Review Supplier Quality Documents And Activities

6. OTS,PPAP, PSO, PAPA  At  LCCC Suppliers

7. Launch Readiness Support for SOP

              

1. Supplier Process Audits, Performance
2. Monitoring and Quality Issue Resolving
3. Support Supplier Tooling And Logistics Issues
4. Supplier Excellence Initiatives And Activities

  

 

  Qualifications:   

• The ideal candidate will have/be:
• Good Knowledge and experience of TS quality systems, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc.
• Knowledge at quality tools as 6 Sigma etc.
• More than 5 years work in quality and project management, 3-5 years’ work in an automobile environment
• Experience with tooling, fixtures of exhaust system preferred
• University degree in engineering
• Knowledge of lean manufacture and CIP tools
• Drives for Improvement – Improve supplier project management and manufacturing process capability and productivity continuously
• Is Committed to Customers – Meet the customer’s quality and timing requirements;
• Thinks Conceptually/Intuitively – Good sense and experience of quality systems, quality tools
• Coaches Others – Capability to train suppliers on ARM requirements, best practices, lean techniques
• Champions Change – Lead the CIP process at LCC suppliers
• Acts as A Role Model – Acts as a professional and specialist at suppliers and within the organization
• Fully understand and abide the contents of Code of Management and Code of Ethics distributed by Faurecia of these two manuals
