Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the development of overseas agents through multiple sales methods, and the achievement of performance indicators;
   通过多重销售手段进行海外代理的开发，完成业绩指标。

2. Collect relevant customer information and establish a rich and complete customer data inventory;

   收集相关客户信息，建立丰富完善的客户数据库存。

3. Maintain long-term cooperative relationship with overseas agents and provide quality services;
   维护与海外代理的长期合作关系，提供优质服务。

4. Timely provide solutions and Suggestions to the agent to promote the establishment and improvement of cooperative relations;
   及时向代理提供解决方案以及建议， 促进合作关系的建立和提升。

5. Provide customers with high-quality logistics solutions;

   为客户提供优质的物流解决方案。

6. Provide fast, accurate and professional transportation solutions and quotations to ensure customer satisfaction;

   提供快速、准确、专业的运输方案以及报价，确保客户满意。

7. Assisted the inquiry of DDU/DDP or import business for domestic sales, and promoted the sales support and interaction with agents;
   协助国内销售的DDU/DDP或者进口业务的询价，促进与代理的销售支持及互动。

8. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

   领导分配的其他任务。

REQUIREMENTS

1. College degree or above, major in logistics is preferred;
   大专以上学历，物流等相关专业优先考虑

2. English cet-4, fluent in writing;
   英语CET-4, 书写流利。

3. More than one year working experience in overseas agency is preferred;
   一年以上海外代理工作经验优先。

4. Be familiar with import and export procedures of sea and air transportation;
   熟悉海运，空运进出口或进口操作流程。

5. Good use of overseas social network operators is preferred;
   善于使用海外社交运营者的优先考虑。

6. Have the sensitive market response ability;
   具有灵敏的市场反应能力。

7. Good communication, coordination and presentation skills, and have a strong strain capacity;
   良好的沟通、协调、表达能力，并且具备较强的应变能力。

8. Good character, sense of responsibility, dare to bear the pressure, quick thinking, with good logical thinking ability and action;
   人品优良，有责任心，敢于承担压力，思维敏捷，具有良好的逻辑思维能力和行动力。

9. Good sense of service, teamwork and patience.
   好的服务意识、团队合作意识以及做事细心耐心。
