Job Tasks:

HSE management: 

1. Seriously learn and comply with enterprise HSE guidelines, related management procedures; be responsible for position safety work, not do anything violate work disciplines and work procedures. 

2. Observe the corporate HSE policy, procedures and working instructions of the plant. 

3. The personnel who performs the positions relating to the identified significant environmental aspects / risks shall follow the relevant HSE responsibilities specified in the job description.  

Logistics Operations: 

1) Prepare correct and completed shipping document to Agent to declare customs timely for responsible warehouse and region.

2) Monitor the whole process of import/export activities and be responsible for certificates application and trouble-shooting if any 

3) Verify Import VAT and duty invoices & submit to F/A for payment on time 

4) Prepare and submit full set of import/export documents aligned with F/A on time

5) Prepare daily or monthly documents which are required for filing 

6) Arrange monthly vendor billings pre-check and payment submission to finance 

7) Complete monthly logistics reports on time 

8) Be in charge of Nanjing auxiliary products logistics related stuffs, including inbound goods receipt monitoring, outbound delivery arrangement with warehouse, orderly manage the storage of raw materials, semi-products, package materials and finished goods

9) Be the logistics key contact point of Nanjing auxiliary products to closely work with production site, planning and customer service to ensure effective operation in daily

10) Complete the other tasks which assigned by supervisor

Requirements

- College degree or above in Logistics, foreign trade or equivalent

- At least 3 years relevant experience in logistics area or supply chain, working experience background in chemical companies is a plus

- Familiar with the PRC regulatory formalities of import and export, Familiar with operations of DG or Non-DG for chemical products.           

- Good skills in computer and Microsoft office     

- Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing     

- Be Willing to take challenges and work under pressure
