Job Description:

Responsible for Designing and developing application, Data integration and Visualization reports. Coordinated work with BUIT and Delivery leader to delivery high quality service and deliverables.

Based on his/her role, who will support China, and the North Asia region.

负责设计和开发应用程序、数据集成和可视化报告。与采购工程师和交付主管协调工作，交付高质量的服务和交付成果。

根据他/她的作用，世卫组织将支持中国和北亚地区。

Key Responsibilities:

·         Delivery the high-quality application and service to business in time.

·         Reporting to Delivery leader to run the Agile service based on product backlog.

·         Coordinated work with Delivery leader, BA and Technology leader to analysis the requirements by business. Ensure the timeline, working capacity and deliverables moving under same DevOps model.

·         Design and develop the application in the THE CUSTOMER’S platform, make sure all technology part is running under same standard and roadmap in the Enterprise level.

·         Take ownership of documentation, including each phase of SDLC (software Development life Cycle.)

·         Participate in defining product data architectures for THE CUSTOMER’S applications. Provide technical leadership to other members of the development team in a positive manner to deliver on-time and above standard results for business partners.

·         Accountability of Jira running model

·         Ensure the data security and PII (Personal Identifiable Information).

• 向交付主管汇报以运行基于产品待办事项列表的敏捷服务。
• 与交付主管、BA和技术主管协调工作，分析业务需求。确保在相同的DevOps模型下，时间表、工作能力和可交付成果的移动。
• ?在客户平台上设计和开发应用程序，确保所有的技术部分都在企业级的相同标准和路线图下运行。
• 掌握文档的所有权，包括SDLC(软件开发生命周期)的每个阶段。
• 参与为客户的应用定义产品数据架构。以积极的方式向开发团队的其他成员提供技术上的领导，为业务伙伴按时交付超过标准的结果。
• Jira运行模式的可靠性
• 确保数据安全和PII(个人身份信息)。

Educational and Qualification Requirements:

·         Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields

·         3+ years of working experience in development or IT service delivery industry.

·         Good understanding in data architecture, data modeling, data analysis, data integration, data warehouse and database design

·         Strong knowledge in Java, or C#, .Net, C++.

·         Strong knowledge in RMDBS, Skilled in SQL server, SSIS, ETL related.

·         Good Knowledge in Tableau, or Power BI, Redshift.

·         Experiencing in Azure service platform is preferred.

·         Good understanding of data warehouse approaches, industry standards and industry best practices with very competent SQL skills for multiple platforms.

·         Understanding of data emerging technologies, industry trends, standards and best practices.

·         Good communication, documentation and team work skills.

·         Good Written and oral speaking in English.

• 本科或以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业
• 3年以上开发或IT服务行业工作经验。
• 对数据架构、数据建模、数据分析、数据集成、数据仓库和数据库设计有良好的理解
• 对Java, c#，。net, c++有丰富的知识。
• 较强的rmbs知识，熟练掌握SQL server, SSIS, ETL相关知识。
• 熟练使用Tableau，或Power BI, Redshift。
• 有Azure服务平台经验者优先。
• 对数据仓库方法、行业标准和行业***实践有很好的理解，具有非常强的多平台SQL技能。
• 理解数据新兴技术、行业趋势、标准和***实践。
• 良好的沟通、文档和团队合作能力。
• 良好的英语听说读写能力。
