Sales & Account Manager （销售与客户经理）

Responsibilities

·       Manage existing key accounts, build strong relationships with the clients, ensuring customers’ satisfaction and business growth.

·       Hunt and grow new accounts in the targeted segment.

·       Have a good understanding of customers’ needs and be able to work closely with the product development team to ensure that customers’ needs are met.

·       Be able to provide accurate forecast and meet the sales targets.

Requirements

·       Have at least 3-5 years of proven experience in selling food products and established client relationships in any of the following segments:

-         QSR and restaurant chains

-         Coffee, bakery chains and supermarkets

-         Hotels, Theme Parks, Business & Institutions & Schools

·       Good communication and presentation skills

·       Good team player

·       Passionate, result-oriented and a challenger

·       Bilingual in Chinese and English.

岗位职责：

1. 维护现有大客户，获得客户的信任，达到客户满意度及对客户进行二次开发。

2. 寻客户开发。

3. 深刻了解客户需求，与研发和生产密切合作，确保满足客户需求。

4. 负责销售预测，达到销售目标。

 

任职资格：

1. 3-5年食品行业经验，有过连锁餐饮、咖啡连锁、商超、酒店、主题乐园等经验优先。

2. 沟通能力强，坦诚自信，乐观进取，有良好的团队合作精神和敬业精神，能保持高度的工作热情。

3. 具备一定的英语交流能力。
