职位描述
工作职责：
-协助完成指定市场债券基础研究，跟踪债市数据，定期提供相关报告，并根据要求进行相关专题研究；
-协助完成指定市场信用债基础研究，构建和维护信用债债券库；
-为部门例会准备相应的会议资料，并按照要求为投研事宜提供全力支持；
-建立并保管相关的研究工作档案；
-完成主管分配的其它投研工作。
职位要求：
-国家重点院校在读本科生或研究生（非应届毕业生），拥有CFA, FRM, CPA等专业资格者优先考虑；
-国家重点院校在读本科生或研究生（非应届毕业生），拥有CFA, FRM, CPA等专业资格者优先考虑；
-具备一定的金融知识及数据分析能力，熟悉财务知识，有金融行业债券信用分析等相关实习经验者优先考虑；
-英文读写能力优秀，有海外留学背景者优先考虑；
-有良好的沟通及书面表达能力，工作细致认真，团队合作精神佳；
-自2012年6月起，能够全职或至少一周三个工作日实习并自行解决住宿；
-实习期限为6-12个月。
