职位描述
岗位职责:
-协助董事会秘书做好股东会、董事会及各专业委员会全年工作及会议计划。
-负责董事会议案的征集，会议召开的筹备、记录及决议的起草。
-负责起草公司提供给证券监管部门的年度总结和其他报告。
-负责董事会书面表决事项的文件起草、传递。
-根据工作要求，做好董事会及其他相关文件翻译工件。
-协助董事会秘书拟定董事会相关制度、公司章程修改方案。
-负责公司营业执照年检及相关查询工作，及时办理登记变更事宜。
-负责管理本单位法定代表人授权委托手续和公司法人印鉴。
-负责公司股东会、董事会、监事会档案的管理工作。
-及时更新公司对外信息披露事务中有关公司治理方面的信息。
-收集、整理、归档公司股东会、董事会的有关资料。
-协助董事会秘书做好董事会/董事长/总经理交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
-商务英语或金融、经济法、工商管理专业本科以上学历，如有英语国家学习或工作经历者优先考虑；
-中英文口头表达和书写标准、流利，擅长公文写作如公司制度、会议纪要、工作报告等；
-熟练掌握windows操作系统及Word、Excel、PowerPoint办公系统。
-具有1年以上外资企业文秘或相关工作经验，金融行业的优先考虑；
-有意愿长期从事文秘岗位工作；
-具有较强的沟通、协作和问题解决能力；
-有良好的职业操守，高度自律；
-工作细致认真，能承受一定的压力。
