 Job responsibility

1. Handle all cash and bank payment and compliance checking for employee’s reimbursement.

2. VAT account reconciliation, Reconcile bank and cash account, Coordinate with accountant for daily bank transactions

3. Apply license for affiliates and responsible for annual inspection for certificate                                                      Maintain cashbook and other reports assigned by supervisors.                           

4. Reconcile sales with shopping Mall and issue invoice, collect money and invoice from shopping mall and franchisees etc.       

5. Support on travel management including booking the air ticket, hotel and meeting room. 

6. Manage the office supplies' inventory, equipment as contact window with suppliers, including:  purchase application, incoming check and record, maintain inventory, commodity release and other affairs.   

7. Supervise office cleaner's work to keep the office safe, clean and orderly and manage the reception orderly & properly

8. Express management, updating the outlook address, company contact list, etc.  

9. Arrange events, conferences, annual party, outing and support labor union activities etc.  

10. Support other tasks assigned by supervisor.

 

Requirement：
1. College degree or above in finance or accounting major.

2. Minimum 1 years working experience in finance or accounting field before.             

3.Skilled in working by MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).             

4.Fluent in oral and written English.             

5.Good communication skills as team member.             

6.Detail oriented, self-motivated.             

7.Experience in Kingdee is a plus.
