-       Develop a monthly/weekly sales plan to achieve thecourse consultant team’s sales objectives

-       Daily course consultant sales team management including:

                        -Lead daily salesmeetings with team

           -Tracking andmonitoring of individual course consultants KPI’s including appointmentsbookings, appointment confirmations, appointment show up (total/ratio), andtotal enrollments (total/ratio) ensuring that they meet key benchmarks

           -Providedaily support to course consultants to carefully plan each appointment andcoach through role playing and sharing best practices (“pre-demo”).

                        -Manage course consultants to ensure that the required follow up occurafter the demo consultation (“post-demo”)

                        -Ensure that all daily lead and sales data is correctly captured in thecustomer data management system including tasks completed and events scheduled

                        -Run daily reports onthe progress of the team’s across all facets of the buying process to identifybest practices and opportunities for improvement

-       Be responsible for hitting individual sales/newenrollment targets.

-       Reinforce the execution of Counselor Approach salesexperiences across course consultant teams

-       Actively manage course consultant teams to minimizerefunds

-       Communicate continuous timely feedback to the CenterManager regarding center sales/new enrollment performance

-       Developweekly/monthly new sales reports to the Center Manager

-       Supportcenter manager to conduct weekly new sales meetings

-       Encouragebest practice sharing within and across center teams

-       Supportcenter based and community marketing activities to enroll new learners intoDisney English programs.

-       Provide leadershipto maximize referral-based enrollments

-       Report any safety or security-related incidences inan accurate and timely manner through the appropriate channels.

-       完成个人的销售/新单指标

-       在课程顾问团队中加强顾问式销售方法的执行

-       积极管理课程顾问团队，降低退款率

-       及时并持续将中心的新单绩效情况反馈给中心经理

-       制定每周/每月新单销售报表，并交给中心经理

-       协助中心经理召开每周新单销售会议

-       鼓励在中心团队或跨中心内分享***案例

-       协助中心内和社区市场活动，使新学员报名参与迪士尼英语课程

-       领导销售团队***化推荐报名的学员数

-       以适当的渠道精确及时地汇报有关安全和安保的事件。
