Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
? To build Reebok THE Fitness Brand in China through maximizing brand exposure and impact by recommending, planning and executing initiatives to support GTM strategy
? To drive and contribute to a smooth and efficient GTM process
? To promote Reebok brand love and contribute in the brand culture development
? Manage marketing working budget
Key Responsibilities:
? Assist Brand Director to develop annual marketing strategy and calendar
? Develop and recommend marketing plans from sell in session via close work with product marketing and retail marketing
? Develop and execute quality brand and marketing campaigns throughout advertising, PR, event, digital, social to achieve innovative and inspiring brand exposure, create impact and support sell through
? Co-work with Fitness marketing manager to develop and execute sound fitness activation plan by leveraging brand assets
? Manages sourcing of all (locally produced) Brand Communications material at the lowest price while still maintaining good quality and Reebok standards
? Remains up to date on the fast developing media environment in general and new media technologies and opportunities in particular
? Assumes responsibility for the (legally) correct usage of the Reebok trademarks and logos
? Establishes strong and healthy relationships and manages day-to-day activities with internal team and relevant agency and vendors
? Follows, maximizes and controls the marketing budget as set according to the Marketing Plan
? Negotiates and develops quotations with vendors by setting clear objectives and expectations
? Responsible for on-time and accurate provision of Commitment and Payment requests related to all marketing projects
? Suggests future marketing budgets
? Contribute to a whole smooth GTM process via close work with team
? Post evaluates campaign performance by conducting or coordinating research and tracking project development, and then collating results into regular quality reports
? Provide leadership as well as engage and develop team members in a high performance environment
KPIs:
? Sell in target
? Sell through target (30 day, 60 day, 90 day)
? Media exposure (print, online, social media)
? On time launch of campaigns
? Budget control
? Quality of recommended and executed initiatives to maximize brand and product exposure and are implemented at industry leading standards
? Integration of ideas with other disciplines

? Good creative/design/ art direction sense
? Strong conceptual understanding of brand building

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing related field
? Minimum of 8 years experience in the communication dept with an international consumer brand or in advertising, digital, PR agency in China
? Previous experience in sport industry, advertising, PR, digital will be a preference
? Knowledgeable about China sports and international sports. An interest and despire to participate in and learn about sports i.e. a sports enthusiast
? Fluent in English and local language
? Good MS office skills
