Job Responsibilities:
1. Draw up the plan for equipment maintenance, including the specific content and the time, and keeping the record.
2. Analysis the equipment fault, find the reasons and summarize.
3. Count and summarize the maintenance records, formulate the Monthly Status Report of the equipment running, analysis the fault, make improvement plan,and count the rate of equipment fault in each workshop.
4. Take in charge of equipment routine maintenance and repairing, then record.
5. Spare parts management, inventory management. Manage the spare parts through the SAP system with the warehouse keeper. Ensure the date accurately.
Qualifications:
Education:
? College degree or above, major in Machinery Manufacturing or Mechatronics
Experience:
? 5+ years of working experience in equipment maintenance field
Knowledge / Ability / Skill:
? basic knowledge of management
? Familiar with the preventive maintenance system and the implementation method
? knowledge of mathematical statistics, can use AUTOCAD
? Mechanical or hydraulic background
? Good English
