工作内容:负责管理外协加工厂的生产工作.需要在江苏一带出差.

Major Accountabilities:
? Monitor and report on all key performance drivers versus budget and other expectations:
Ø Process Safety
Ø Cycle time / productivity
Ø Yields on key raw materials and overall raw material cost.
Ø Product quality and analytical performance
Ø Monitor Environmental / waste treatment and disposals
Ø Monitor Project implementation and executions
? Maintain regular contact with toller plant personnel.
? Be proactive in addressing process concerns; function as initial contact for problem solving and troubleshooting.
? Serve as a primary API engineering contact for the assigned toller unit on process engineering support.
? Serve as engineer representative in MOC involving:
Ø Process change
Ø Plant design change
Ø Raw material change
Ø Process condition change
Ø Operation procedure change
Ø Waste pre-treatment method change
? Initiate and implement process improvement projects at Toller site with support from cross functions.
? Provide technical support on inventory control and consumption reconciliations. Support API HK Operations in inventory control audits to assure proper accounting of material consumption and receiving of goods.
? Use engineering or statistical tools as needed in monitoring and improvement activities efficiently.
? Support annual budget development.
? Conduct cost estimate on new or modified facility with the support of Toller engineering.
? When assigned, support Toller engineering team on new project plant Design, PSSE, HAZOP, PSSR, and start-up.
? When assigned, support Toller engineer or chemist in pilot plant efforts to develop key engineering data for plant design or optimization.
? When assigned, ad hoc assignment to support CTC and API activities.

Requirements:
? BS or MS major in Chemical Engineering
? 5+ years experience in the chemical manufacturing industries. Agricultural chemicals preferred.
? Strong process optimization and trouble shooting skills.
? Good knowledge of process safety.
? Is a self-starter and can work independently without close supervision.
? Strong in oral and written communication.
? Good knowledge of environmental control and regulations.
? Engineering project management experience.
? Hands- on chemical plant experience
? Basic knowledge on engineering statistics applications.
? Background knowledge in plant economics and cost engineering
? Some knowledge of chemical research and development.
