Responsibilities:
1. Build HR SSC team structure with reasonable people allocation in line with business supporting strategy.
2. Set HR SSC service criteria and KPI to acquire internal customer's acceptance.
3. Develop and prioritize HR SSC's working procedure to make sure clear and transparancy policies with smooth communications.
4. Effectively plan and improve HR management system and tools to improve effeciency.
5. Make HR SSC 's budget with reasonable cost control.
6. Lead team to provide C&B, payroll, pensions service in time and accurately.
7. Guide team to initiate and implement HR related projects effectively to support business growth.
8. Ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.

Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above and major in human resource management or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years' working experience in Human Resource Field, 5 years in multinational company, Be familiar with HR related procedures including HR Information System, payroll, social benefit etc.
3. 5 years or above management experience.
4. Good command in English both written and spoken.
