Job Description
- New business development to get business for RB components
- Build up strategic partnership with CN major OEMs(FAW, GWM, SAIC, GEELY,GAC) to promote RB components(AD IMU sesnor, SiC device)
- Price management with annual price negotiation
- Acquisition planning and management (RB process SE0~SE4, from pre-selling to DOS)
- Handle requests for quotations (RFQ receipt, internal quotation arrangement, offer, negotiation, project nomination etc.)
- Running project commercial topic responsibility (sample etc.)
- Customer order and payment tracking
- Define GB-specific customer (Ties and OEM) strategy ( including customer trends, innovation, market, competition to the organization etc. CSM)
- Sales planning with RB system such as VPZ, Follow-up on projects
- Evaluate customer satisfaction analysis and track related measures
- Monitor and investigate competitors.
- Frequent travelling is required
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above degree majoring in EE or business, etc.
- At least 3 years sales experience in semiconductor or automotive industry.
- Familiar with MNC internal working process & timely written reporting.
- Good internpersonal & communication skill for business propositions.
- Ability to work under pressure from both internal and external.
- Good English writing and speaking
