Global Strategy and Operations Specialist, Consumer Marketing 

    

    

We are looking for a passionate Global Marketing Strategy and Operations Specialist who has strong project management and communication skill, willing to drive marketing strategies and execution through local marketing teams across the globe.

    

    

Job Scope

    

 

    

Product project management:

• Manage marketing campaign project schedule, ensuring global marketing strategy and assets are delivered to regional teams on time with high standard of quality through timely communication with stakeholders.
• In partnership with finance and marketing operations, identify project objectives, coordinate budget strategy & planning process (e.g. milestones, actions, templates, and calendar), and provide resource allocation recommendations/reports to marketing leadership.

Geo communications:

• Align marketing strategy, tactics and execution plans with respective regions/countries
• Manage two-directional BMS for information exchange, problem tracking and solving

Operations

• End to end manage relevant marketing interlocks and follow-ups to ensuring the completion of team goals

        

    

Requirements

    

    

Qualifications - Must

• Min. 1- 2 years of working experience, preferably in the marketing or business development field
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Strong command of English & Mandarin is a must – both spoken and written (Interview will be conducted in English)

                

• Strong communication skill and ability to establish good relationships with internal and external teams
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Negotiating skill – strike the balance between listening and pushing
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PPT is preferred

Qualifications - Plus

• Have strong interests and good appreciation of consumer technology products – PCs, AR/VR tech, Smart Home devices, mobile devices. Candidates with relevant industry background will have an advantage

        

• Willing to fulfill multiple project requests while simultaneously meeting tight deadlines
