SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Following techniques and procedures, selection / application of standard or special products to meet customers' needs, including seal, fluid control systems and couplings.

根据技术条件和程序，推荐标准或特殊产品选型以满足客户要求，产品包括密封，系统、联轴器等。

· Be able to use appropriate engineering tools (program, software, theoretical functions etc.) to do calculation for the product application analysis and calculation.

能够使用合适的技术工具（程序，软件，理论公式等），对产品的应用进行深入的分析计算。

· Provide technical support to the production team during the assembly period.

在生产阶段为运营团队提供技术支持。

· Provide adjustment or retrofit advice based on technical analysis on abnormal running situation after the product is put into service.

在产品正式交付使用后，对OEM现场异常的运行情况进行技术分析，按需求提供调整或者改造建议。

· Train new colleagues, including seal, systems and couplings.

支持新同事的培训工作，包括密封，系统和联轴器等。

· Attending technical communication meeting with customer to technical agreement.

参加技术交流会，签署技术协议。

· Be able to finish other job assigned by manager.

完成领导指定的部门其它工作.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Education background（教育背景）:

· Bachelors’ or master’s degree of Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Machinery or Process Equipment and Controlling Engineering. Hydraulics Major as preferred.

本科或硕士以上，专业：机械设计及自动化、化工机械、过程装备与控制工程、热能动力工程、流体机械, 液压专业优先.

· English ability ：General Listening and Oral, can communicate with foreign colleagues independently, Skilled Read and Write.

英文能力听说一般（确保可以独立和国外同事交流），读写熟练。

Work experience requirements（工作经验）:

· Typically, at least 2~3 years’ in plant process systems and equipment design knowledge, it’d better have most of instrument selection experience.

一般需要至少2~3年过程工业设备设计经验及主要仪表应用选择经验.

· Skilled in drawing software & Office software such as Sold Edge, PDM, word, excel and PowerPoint etc.

熟练运用绘图软件，如Solid Edge, PDM等；熟练使用Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）办公软件。

· Be familiar to product characters and design requirements.

· Master the usage of internet tools about technology.

· Meet the requirements of wet seal, seal system and coupling business selection support for FF/EOEM sales team, seal and system design calculation, provide technical support for EOEM field problem, product selection standardization, and continuously improve work efficiency.
