职位描述
1. 了解营运需求，为营运开发与维护标准菜单与菜谱，并确保其的专业性与可操作性；
2. 培训指导营运使用餐饮管理流程与系统进行现场食品管理，帮助其达成食品成本与客户满意度目标；
3. 根据上级制定的工作要求，能制定行动方案并按计划实施；
4. 为营运与支持部门提供餐饮专业技术的支持与指导；
5. 参与餐饮新菜品、新原料与新技术的开发与研究并建立实践应用方案。
岗位要求：
1. 厨师职业学校或以上学历，中式烹调师-高级或以上等级;
2. 5年以上的团膳厨师长经验，具有较强的菜单设计，菜谱编写，出品质量管理与成本管理能力；
3. 精通淮阳菜与上海本帮菜的制作，具有川，湘，鲁或西北菜其中一种菜系的特长；
4. 能熟练使用电脑进行文档处理；
5. 具备较强的沟通与协调能力；
6. 具有团队精神；
7. 有较强的责任心与执行力，能够承担压力并在压力下工作。
