The financial firm is a fast growing consulting company that provides services include:
1.Tax planning strategy during the FIE set up in China;
2.Consulting on Chinese and international tax issues;
3.Accounting outsourcing;
4.Consulting on foreign exchange matters;
5.Internal and external audit services;
6.Financial Due Diligence for M&A projects.
7.IFRS compliance.
