Responsibilities:

• Create WOW-effect HR digital experience & create value for business decision making through people data
• Empower HR China Community in further development of HR topics within the digital future
• Implement global people strategy digitization
• Define regional/local HR digitization strategy and lead global HR digitization topics as defined
• Identifies interdependence and drives development and implementation of digital HR solutions
• Coordinate the buildup of digital competence
• Representative of HR in digital world to build collaboration and partnership

Qualifications

• Natural passion for digital transformation (Evangelist)
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong leadership (esp. informal leadership)
• Strategic thinker
• Strong learning agility
• Excellent collaboration and networking inside and outside of Bosch (IoT Ecosystem)
• Master certain technical skills in digital field (e.g. Automation, Digital business,？ AI)
• Cross-functional collaboration
• Strong project management skills
