Objectives of the Position 

• To ensure the all system running smoothly in Operation department
• 保证各体系在生产运营部的正常运行
• To improve cooperation and create sustainable solution to serve customer demand
• 提升合作并引导相关部门共同创造为客户服务的可持续性方案
• To continuously improve operation related procedure and process
• 负责生产运营相关的流程优化和持续改进

Main Tasks

• Analyze the performance of operation (e.g. productivity, quality and cost,), and define and track improvement measures.
• 分析生产运营绩效，并制定和落实优化措施
• Responsible for digitalization solution implementation in operation
• 负责运营部数字化推行
• Responsible for all audits (system, customer, internal) and LPA
• 负责各种审核（体系、客户和内部）及分层次审核
• Improve workshop and office management (e.g. visual management and 5S)
• 提升现场和办公室管理（例如目视化和5S）
• Use the AE tool to monitor the facility utilization rate in production, afford the improving actions accordingly
• 维护和监控生产设施利用，分析设施产能利用情况并提出优化方案
• Other task assigned by department head
• 部门负责人安排的其他工作任务

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

• Education: Bachelor degree or above
• Working Experience: At least three years working experience in related field
• Technical & Professional Knowledge:

1. Good English
2. Be familiar with lean tools such as 5S/VSM/DILO/SMED etc.
3. SAP skills and basic IT knowledge highly preferred
