岗位要求：

a) 年龄25-40岁，身高170cm-180cm，体重≤85kg,身体健康，无高血压、无恐高症及其他不适合高空作业的病史。

b) 文化程度：初中及以上文化水平；

c) 能吃苦耐劳，做事脚踏实地，服从公司安排；

d) 有一定的接受应变能力，愿意有一个长期稳定的工作；

e) 有登高经验的优先；

f）需持有高空作业证。（公司可提供培训及安排考试）

岗位职责：

大楼外幕墙的清洗（使用擦窗机设备操作，不使用吊板）。

薪资福利：

a) 签订三年期的劳动合同，试用期六个月。试用期工资3200元+500元住房补贴+200元交通补贴+100元全勤。试用期内每个月加100元，到试用期满为3700+500+200+100=4500元/月，年终有13薪；

b) 工作时间为做5休2，每天工作8小时，中午提供午餐；

c) 工作满一年后，可以享受带薪年休假5天，每过1年增加1天，到15天为止；

d) 公司提供高空作业培训，提供工作服及相应劳防用品；

e) 按国家的规定缴纳社会保险及公积金。
