职责描述:
1. Assist line manager to design talent acquisition & development strategy aligned with HR strategy for Greater China
支持上级制定符合大中华区人力资源战略的人才招聘发展策略
2. Headcount budget, staffing, recruitment costs analysis & control for Greater China
大中国区及下属各业务单元的人头预算,人员编制,招聘成本预算及分析
3. Broaden and utilize various channels to guarantee the management, maintenance and improvement of effective recruitment channel, so as to build internal & external talent pools
拓宽和利用各种方式确保有效的招聘渠道管理、维护和完善,建立内外部人才库
4. Organize and maintain all recruitment (internal and external) policies & SOP
梳理维护所有招聘政策(内外部)和相应标准操作流程
5. Partner with department heads on recruitment plan, lead and execute daily recruitment operation
与业务部门负责人共同制定招聘计划,主导并执行日常招聘工作
6. Manage and optimize local relevant TA Projects: New Hire Orientation and Onboard Process revamp etc.
管理和优化本地招聘培训相关项目:导师计划,新员工入职培训和入职流程改进等
7. Talent evaluation system, training system establishment, improvement and implementation
人才测评体系和培训体系的建立、完善与实施
8. TA related costs control (such as head-hunter, website and campus recruitment)
招聘、培训所有相关费用(如猎头,网站,校园招费用)的掌控
9. Other tasks from leadership

Requirements
1. Minimum 10 years’ experience with 5 years relevant experiences in HR Staffing & Training function.
10年以上工作经历(其中5年以上招聘及培训相关经验)。
2. Good knowledge in Chinese Labor Law and other government rules and regulations related to Human Resources.
熟悉中国劳动法和其他政府人力资源方面的规章制度。
3. Proactive, strong communication and interpersonal skills, good planning and result oriented.
积极主动,较强的沟通和人际关系技巧,良好的计划和结果导向。
4. Good learning agility and high commitment.
敏捷学习能力,高度责任感。
5. Good computer knowledge on Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件。
6. Proficient in English and Mandarin.
英语和普通话熟练。
