Description:负责酒吧俱乐部整体运营

?Manage general business operations, responsible for establishing management team for both daytime (Academy) and evening (lounge & after hours club) venues, weekend festival F&B operations

-Provide leadership and guidance to management team

-Responsible to devise & implement short and long-term programs for development of unique offerings to encourage client acquisition and sustainability

-Attract and retain high quality staff for the entire range of offerings - ayis, door staff, waiters, barbacks/bartenders, baristas and food, and staffing for "sessions" weekend events

-Assist in sales, marketing, financial management, and human resources

-Work with Music programming team to anticipate customer / consumer influx for all Sessions festivals and Academy events throughout the year

-Work with sponsorship team to ensure that all sponsorship entitlement promised that is related to F&B will be realized

-Inventory management, selection and liaison with F&B providers / sponsors

-Prepare financial reports, budget forecasts and P&L for weekly, monthly and annual reviews

-Work with Academy and dB86 management to assure seamless delivery of F&B services in both a creative and optimized manner

-Ensure all licenses and certificates necessary for operation are secured and current; comply with all governmental oversight and inspections

-Maintain an impeccable environment and personal appearance at all times

岗位要求：

1.有2年及以上酒吧、Club等综合性娱乐场所管理工作经验

2.精通酒吧、休闲娱乐业各类运营管理模式和各个业务环节与操作流程

3.具备较强的管理能力、沟通能力、数据分析能力、决策能力和判断能力

4.英语流利
