Job Description

EHS expert, China region

·？？？？？？？ Deploy Bosch HSE policy to all China locations. Collect, verify required HSE data for reporting.？？？？？？

·？？？？？？？ Monitor and evaluate HSE legislations and provide guidance in implementation.

·？？？？？？？ Performance of HSE audit regarding external and internal requirements, provide support on gap analysis and surveillance on closing gaps.

·？？？？？？？ Conduct hazard assessment, incident investigation, participate in development and realization of appropriate measures.

·？？？？？？？ Provide technical support on EHS aspects in design, planning, installation, commissioning of buildings and facilities, machines and equipments, as well as HSE permitting requirement.？

·？？？？？？？ Initiate and facilitate in continuous improvement on HSE programs such as EHS training, machining safety, waste reduction etc. and roll out in the region.

·？？？？？？？ Develop HSE procedures, working tools, HSE training material according to external and internal requirements as well as regional adaptation, provide support in actual implementation.？

·？？？？？？？ Assist in streamlining of HSE activities for all locations, such as information exchange, communication, workshop etc.

Qualifications

·？？？？？？？ Strong technical capability, EHS know how and good analytic skills

·？？？？？？？ Learning altitude and open minded

·？？？？？？？ Cooperative and a good team player

·？？？？？？？ Work independently and self-motivation

·？？？？？？？ Result orientation

Professional requirements:

·？？？？？？？ Bachelor or master degree on engineering (preferably environment, safety, mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering etc.)

·？？？？？？？ Sound knowledge on industrial process environment technology, safety management, industrial hygiene, fire protection etc.

·？？？？？？？ Excellent communication skill in oral and written

·？？？？？？？ Hands on in manufacturing and practical experience

·？？？？？？？ Approximately 5 years working experience in MNC
