Job responsiblility

1.Operation and support Life Science application call center for customer and distributor by phone.

2.Collect and analysis sales and potential information to sales and marketing team.

3.Collect and analysis service and/or support requirement information to service team.

4.Support application training to internal and external customer.

5.Support customer telephone and web survey

6.Operation call center and ERP system and generate reports.

7.Support application and operation chinese manual and quick guide and files.

Requiement

1.Strong Life Science application knowledge.

2.Minimum of 1 year call center experience.

3.Minimum of 1-2 years application experience and operation in Lab.
