Key responsibilities & activities:

? Perform business operations duties, prepare reports and marketing online campaigns

? Ensure that all activities with clients are logged and managed in Salesforce

? Provide support to Manager as and when required.

Skills & Requirements:

? Mandarin and English as the incumbant will be required to liasie with Mandarin/English speaking clients.

? Well-organized and detailed oriented

? Experience in Relationship management/Customer service will be ideal

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills

? Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality ? Internet and technology savvy

? Experience in operating Salesforce.com

? Telecoms, Media & Technology industry knowledge will be preferred but not essential
