-As leading role for medical writing project manager on CER.Development the CER to meet the timeline, budget and quality target. Answer the regulatory in the area of clinical of CER. 
May review documents or parts of documents prepared by other CRO Medical Writers and provide appropriate feedback. Gives guidance to less experienced Medical Writers.
-As leading role of CER team, assist line manager to establish the clinical document writing (inscluding clinical evaluation) SOP and improve the procedure continuously.
Build up capability of all of the team mumber, estenblish a professinal CER team.
-According to company product portfolio, set up specific database to support CER, Medical and post marketing project
