- Support development and build-up of the Digital Strategy for the ?KODA brand in China as part of the ?KODA China Strategy 2025.

Support development and manage implementation of projects as part of the digital agenda for ?KODA China and align with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage delivery of feasibility checks to analyze and evaluate national & international developments / trends within the new digital business and derive relevant fields of action for ?KODA China.
Support activities for scouting and ideation for new business opportunities for ?KODA. - Identify and plan for effective practice development; actively search, identify and help recruit highly qualified candidates for key consulting positions.
- Manage development and piloting of New Digital Business initiatives for ?KODA China.
Prioritize and decide new business models in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure involvement of brand ?KODA in all relevant group activities in the area of digital transformation: Digital customer, products & services, and smart mobility.

- Develop strategic papers and presentations for (top) management decisions, committees and workshops related to digital transformation, new digital business & innovation and develop recommendations on key strategic decisions.

- Lead and manage new business & innovation projects, define cross-functional expert project team members and project partners, steer resources and budget, allocate tasks, monitor the overall progress of own projects (quality, time, budget), ensure sufficient communication to management team and to external partners.

- Responsible to implement new, customer centric thinking and agile project management styles, and education of SKODA China organization and project teams to drive internal digital transformation.

- Develop, establish and extending professional internal and external network and relations to and with partners related to digital transformation, new business & innovation.

? Experience in innovation management or development of new services
? User experience and design knowledge
? Broad and profound understanding of the cross-functional business and its interdependencies in order to connect-the-dots and develop cross-functionally balanced business strategies
? Experience of corporate and startup environment (sales, marketing or product development)
? Knowledge of or high affinity for China market
? Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit with a sense for innovation and passion for trends
? Strong project management and leadership skill
? Decision making competence and readiness to accept responsibility, focusing on quality in every sector of operations
