零售运营助理，始祖鸟，合同工

Store Operations:

· Support the implementation of Retail Excellence. Continuously explore new areas of improvement.

· Oversee all kinds of store expenses including store supplies, cleaning, interior maintenance etc. Strive to control operational cost.

· Manage staff uniform applications and keep track of the budget and inventory.

· Monitor duty roster to make sure it is strictly in line with company’s guideline.

· Being self-motivated as a team member and do considerable thinking to better support retail team by improving operation tools accordingly.

· Partner with cross-function teams to ensure appropriate assortment of store supplies being delivered on time.

· Assist retail operation management team to reimburse.

Data Analysis:

· Regularly analyze store’s operational performance. Conduct analysis on store KPIs and individual targets’ setting.

· Routine update retail report for management team and stores.

· Optimize existing reporting system through coordinating with other functions.
