Objectives of the Position 

• Daily management of onsite technical service
• Enhance customer satisfaction via excellence in technical services and optimum product performance
• Inventory and logistic optimization and CPU model
• Project management
• Cost management

Main Tasks

• Act as central contact and window person for all technical service and technology related topics at designated customer sites.
• People management, ensure systematic approach in management, improve people knowledge and efficiency.
• Lead technical trouble shooting, clear and logic approach in technical trouble shooting, act as contact point and collaborate with internal units to ensure customer satisfaction, document and share learning from trouble shooting.
• Result driven, able to work and deliver under extreme pressure.
• Daily logistic and commercial coordination to ensure maximize the customer satisfaction in cooperate with company business rules and achieving business target.
• Ensures daily support for current / new products incl. product changes and consultancy at the customer’s site
• Keeps in contact with customers; holds presentations, makes demonstrations and provide training to customers on products and techniques
• Compiles reports and ensures direct flow of communication to internal units
• Ensures all activities and processes meet internal and external EHS standards assist account manager to develop new customer with CPU model

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

• Education: Bachelor or above in chemical-related majors
• Working Experience: at least 8 years relevant working experience in Coatings industry or Automation industry
• Technical & Professional Knowledge: expertise in coatings process; People management, Project management experience; excellent communication skills in English
