Job Description

General

1.1？？？？？？？ Responsible for power system operation and maintenance such as substation, electrical shaft, generator, UPS, lighting and socket system, photovoltaic system, lightning, etc.;

1.2？？？？？？？ Responsible for elevator operation and maintenance;

1.3？？？？？？？ Responsible for cleaning window machine operation and maintenance;

1.4？？？？？？？ Responsible for operation and maintenance of electric gate;

1.5？？？？？？？ Responsible for operation and maintenance of turnstile and barrier;

1.6？？？？？？？ Responsible for operation and maintenance of sliding door;

1.7？？？？？？？ Responsible for responsible system maintenance contractor management;

1.8？？？？？？？ Set-up electrical SOP and guide electricians to implement;

1.9？？？？？？？ Responsible for electrical safety topic in RBCN and take the role as coordinator China wide;

Additional job scope

1.10？？？ Take lead for some electrical renovation project;

1.11？？？ PPE(personal protection equipment) planning and purchasing;

1.12？？？ Hazardous waste management;

Cooperate function and department

1.13？？？ Cooperate with power supply bureau;

1.14？？？ Cooperate with Changning Quality institute for special equipment issue;

1.15？？？ Cooperate with C/HSE for safety training as EHS coordinator;

1.16？？？ Cooperator with GS/PUI on purchasing topic including spare parts, equipment maintenance and renovation work;

Planning work

1.17？？？ Prepare yearly budget planning for responsible system with team leader;

1.18？？？ Prepare the yearly maintenance planning for responsible system in Pit – FM;

1.19？？？ Prepare yearly training planning for personal and subordinate electricians;

1.20？？？ Prepare yearly spare parts for responsible system.

Documentation

1.21？？？ Archive responsible system maintenance contract;

1.22？？？ Archive responsible system SOP;

1.23？？？ Archive responsible system daily inspection record;

1.24？？？ Archive Pit – FM task completed documentation;

1.25？？？ Archive vendor regular maintenance record documentation;

1.26？？？ Archive spare part delivery documentation;

1.27？？？ Archive as-build documentation after the renovation project completed.

Qualifications

·？？ Bachelor degree, major in electrical engineering;？？

·？？ Familiar with power distribution system

·？？ More than 10 years’ experience with system mentioned above

·？？ Good communication skills

·？？ Good at both speaking and writing English
